Andrea lives in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and is married to Lawrence Ruiz. Together they are the proud parents of five children and two grandchildren. Andrea works for WA State government in the juvenile justice field, and has a Master’s degree in Leadership and Business Management.
She serves as a leader on the North America PEACE Team with Saddleback Church and partnering with local churches to help ordinary people, empowered by God, to live on mission and bring sustainable transformation to their own community, and communities around the world.
During prayer in the spring of 2020, Andrea had a vision of “every nation under God worshiping in unity”, which led to her participation in the 10 Days of Awe in the fall, and a passion to build a 24-7 global community of prayer. This led to her continuing on as part of the leadership team who founded the Global Family 24-7 Prayer.
Andrea also serves on the Aqueduct Project Board of Intercessors, praying and strategizing on the best way to equip prayer leaders using technology.
